Decent option for strolls in Pigeon Forge with attractive and competitive value for money. Very clean facilities.

Great indoor pool and comfy stay, but air conditioning was noisy at night.

The bed was uncomfortably hard, making sleep a challenge. The room appeared clean, yet we found stains on the bed covers, which was alarming. Despite requests to avoid the pool area, our room was close, leading to persistent chlorine odors affecting the atmosphere. Housekeeping only provided fresh towels without making the bed or tidying up. The temperature control in the room was decent, but the noisy hallways disrupted the otherwise peaceful ambiance. The exercise room was unavailable during our stay, which was disappointing. the experience didn't meet expectations set by previous visits.

The rooms were clean & comfy, just what we needed after a long day on the course. The staff was friendly and helped us with tee times and nearby restaurants.

It wasn't the cheapest option around, but the experience was worth it.

The beds are so comfy; I slept like a baby! The indoor pool was a blast, perfect for some fun family time. Plus, the staff was super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better!

The breakfast was awesome with pancakes and waffles. The heated pool was great, and I loved the sauna. Room was wheelchair accessible, had a roll-in shower, and all the toiletries were high quality. Staff was friendly and quick with fresh linens. Nice location, close to attractions but still private. The pillows were fantastic!

The location makes it a breeze to explore local attractions. The building feels secure, and the staff keeps the common areas looking sharp.

My friends and I had a blast hitting up Memories Theatre to rock out like stars and then chowing down at Dolly Parton's Stampede—it was lit! The hotel being near all our hotspots was a major vibe. Staff was cool, the free breakfast was fire, and the beds had us sleeping like babies.

Great access to attractions and nearby eateries

I loved how easy it was to walk to The Island family fun center which is just about 6 kilometers away plus there are plenty of restaurants like Local Goat only a few steps from the hotel making meal times a breeze; the spacious room made my stay comfy and the staff were friendly and helpful but I think the bathrooms could use some updates to match the rest of the hotel.

The breakfast spread was excellent, with plenty of options like pancakes and sausage. no elevator and being placed on the second floor was a challenge given our physical issues. The remodeling at 7:30 AM was a rude awakening, but the comfy bed and great shower helped soften the experience. Staff was friendly, especially a woman with a sling who provided great local tips. The indoor pool looked uninviting, and the room had some maintenance issues. Cleanliness was good, but better room service would have made a big difference.

Decent breakfast but issues to consider

We faced uncomfortable beds, rude staff, and cleanliness issues. The hot pool area was uninviting, and renovation surprises left us wishing for a better experience overall.

With my husband being a disabled veteran, climbing two flights multiple times daily was exhausting. It baffled me that they didn't reserve first-floor rooms for those with disabilities. A frustrating experience!
