The ambiance was simply magical. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the waiter, Manuel, provided exceptional service. Despite a minor setback with the absence of a hairdryer, I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the room. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning location, cozy atmosphere, and attentive staff.

We had a fantastic stay at a stunning location on the picturesque California coast. Our room looked out onto the endless Pacific Ocean, perched high on a rocky cliff. The room was spacious with superb amenities, and the staff provided impeccable service. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast, and the local wineries offered delightful wine tasting. The fiery sunsets were complimentary and awe-inspiring.

There was none available on a hot afternoon when the sun's rays penetrated the west-facing windows.

We had a relaxing weekend getaway at Hyatt in Carmel Highlands. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was perfect, offering breathtaking views. The main reception, bar, and restaurant area were beautifully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The manager handled any issues we had with great professionalism, a true credit to the company.
