As young people, we loved the amazing views and cozy fireplace in the room. The delicious breakfast on the deck with breathtaking views was a highlight.

I had an incredible stay at a hotel with breathtaking views. The highlight of my visit was waking up to the peaceful sounds of birds, rain, and the ocean, while enjoying the warmth of a crackling wood-burning fireplace in my room. The ambiance was simply magical. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the waiter, Manuel, provided exceptional service. Despite a minor setback with the absence of a hairdryer, I was thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the room. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning location, cozy atmosphere, and attentive staff.

We had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Carmel Highlands. The ocean view from our room was breathtaking, and the sliding doors allowed for a refreshing breeze to fill the space. Despite a minor inconvenience of ants in the kitchen, the front desk promptly addressed the issue and even offered a refund. The Gazebo pool was beautifully landscaped, providing a tranquil setting for relaxation. we highly recommend this hotel for its stunning views and excellent service.

We were disappointed with the outdated and tired appearance of the hotel. It was evident that the property needs urgent modernization to match its fantastic location and provide better value for money.

The value for the money was great, with a fantastic view of trees and the ocean. The staff was attentive and provided excellent service, especially the valet, front desk, and restaurant staff. The location was perfect, right on the highlands by the Pacific Ocean.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel high atop the hills along the coast. The location was simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean from every angle. The rooms were spacious and serene, perfect for a relaxing vacation. I particularly loved the full kitchen and dining area, which allowed me to enjoy my morning coffee and breakfast in the comfort of my own room. The fireplace was a lovely touch, especially on the rainy days when I couldn't explore outside. The staff provided excellent service, and I was impressed with the complimentary valet service and the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff. The natural soaps, shampoos, and lotions added a luxurious touch to my stay. And the patio for watching the sunset was absolutely unbelievable, offering ample space and a clear view of the breathtaking sunset.

While the view and location were fantastic, I did find that the windows were not very soundproof, causing some noise disturbance from the road below. However, despite these minor inconveniences, I would still highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The view from the balcony was stunning, with sea otters and sea lions swimming in the distance. the location was great, with convenient shopping and the Point Lobos reserve nearby. the staff at the front desk and bellboys were friendly and attentive, making us feel well taken care of.

The pricing was definitely overpriced and not worth the value. the facilities were outdated and in need of refurbishment.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room/apartment was very roomy and clean. The hotel facilities were great, especially the swimming pool. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The location on the coast was breathtaking.
