Difficulty finding available chairs by the pool, limiting enjoyment for family members who don't want to swim in the beach. Noisy boat playing loud music near the resort on one occasion.

We absolutely loved our stay at Playa Largo Resort & Spa! The bungalow we stayed in was perfect for our family, with a full kitchen and 2 full bathrooms. The location was great, and the view from the pool and beach was breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The accessibility and warmth of the sea were ideal for our children, who enjoyed learning to snorkel. We also appreciated the complimentary kayaks and fishing rods provided by the hotel. The sunsets were amazing, and the fire pits on the beach created a great vibe. this has been one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed in!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is right on the beach, which was amazing. The hotel facilities were clean and modern, and the staff went out of their way to be friendly and professional. The restaurant next to the hotel, Sol, served delicious food. I also loved the fact that they had bikes available for guests to use, so I could easily explore the area. The pool and beach were both wonderful, and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the bay. this hotel provided a great experience.

Beautiful facilities, large comfortable rooms, modern bathrooms, great coffee supplies, nice towels and toiletries. Good restaurants on premises, enjoyed breakfast at La Marea and Sol by the Sea. Fantastic beach and swimming area for the Keys. Very modern and clean spa, enthusiastic and skilled therapist. Self parking available. Wonderful stay.

Had a delightful stay at this wonderful beach resort. The room was very nice with a great balcony and the hotel staff went above and beyond to fix any minor glitches. The food, especially the breakfast buffet and lunch by the pool, was well above average. I had a fantastic experience at Playa Largo Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection and would definitely recommend it.

We stayed at a beautiful hotel located on the ocean with an amazing view up to the tower. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice bathroom. Staff service was impressive with everything working like clockwork, from valet parking to check-in to restaurants. The breakfast buffet was excellent, especially the selection of fresh fruit every morning. The staff was always present and helpful, making beach and pool days enjoyable. The hotel was also close to several great restaurants, perfect for dining out.

One amenity was not up to par.

The customer service at Playa Largo Resort & Spa, Autograph Collection was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with a warm welcome and complimentary valet service. They even surprised me with a delicious alcoholic beverage during check-in. Torreka and Anabel at the front desk went above and beyond to upgrade my room to a balcony with a partial ocean view. Their attention to detail and personalized service made me feel truly special. The spa services were also top-notch and incredibly relaxing. The pool and Jacuzzi being open 24/7 was a unique feature that added to the overall experience. The entire resort was well-maintained and the rooms were beautifully designed, with spacious decks offering gorgeous views of the water.

While the staff in general tried their best, there were some issues with their training and lack of expertise. Additionally, the beach was not as nice as expected and the hotel can be quite busy with various events, which may not be ideal for those seeking a quiet getaway.

The resort offers a range of amenities and watersports to keep you entertained. Lovely staff, great restaurant, and amazing pool and cabana service. Beautiful property with easy access to everything.
