The elevator keycard was unreliable, which caused me great distress. I expected a complimentary upgrade for the trouble, but no such luck. Almost left a glowing review, but this 'hotel' seems more like a roadside motel. What a shame.

Everything! Amazing ocean views, friendly cleaning staff, convenient beach access!

The transformed lobby greeted us warmly, and the ocean view from our balcony was breathtaking. Room was clean and spacious, with thoughtful amenities like USB charging ports, making our stay comfortable and convenient.

However, communication about parking fees was misleading, and check-in felt a bit disorganized. Our ice machine was broken and one elevator was down during our stay, which caused some frustration.

Noise disturbances from outdoors and thin walls!!! The indoor pool needs cleaning!!! Parking fee of $20 feels excessive, especially with limited spaces and not being on-site!!! Room maintenance needs serious attention!!!

Just a well-suited match for a brief retreat in Virginia Beach with attractive and competitive value for money. The parking situation was inconvenient, being quite far away, but the check-in staff was friendly and accommodating. Plan ahead for breakfast since room service can take a while to deliver your order.

While the location is fantastic, our stay was marred by several disappointments. The check-in process felt rushed, and our room didn't match the Hilton standard we expected. it was noticeably stuffy and smaller than anticipated. Although it had a beautiful ocean view, the cleanliness issues and the uncomfortable bed left us feeling quite let down.

i was absolutely appalled by the pool's milky, dirty water and dismal service. The complimentary breakfast at Mahi was a complete joke. slow and lacking quality. i expected a little compensation for my troubles, yet not even a sincere apology. almost woudl have given a better review, but it’s too easy to see the neglect here.
