As part of a business trip organized by my director, I recently stayed at Premier Collection in Anaheim, and I was thoroughly impressed with the non-smoking facility. The outdoor heated pool was a true highlight, especially given that it is open year-round until 9pm. It was a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day of meetings.

Our bath tub was a little gross, not much of a big deal for us, we just hosed it down.

Great location for park access. Convenient bus service to Disneyland. Fitness facility and pool are enjoyable. Spacious room for business travelers.

Returning here for the holiday! First visit, staff kindly returned my shower bag. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, late check-in, bar, restaurant, snack bar.

The views from my window at The Lulu were simply breathtaking. I was able to watch the fireworks from Disneyland right from my room, which was a magical experience. The hotel's proximity to Disneyland Resort was also a major plus, as it was only a 25-minute walk away. The convenience of being so close to the park made our stay even more enjoyable. One morning, I had a delightful interaction with the staff at the coffee shop who made me feel right at home with their warm and friendly service. It was a thoughtful touch that made my day.

The construction obstructing the elevators made it a bit inconvenient, causing them to be slower to reach our rooms.

The complimentary bread at The Lulu is a carb-lover's dream, and the culinary finds nearby will have you singing praises. Plus, the quick walk to Disneyland and comfy beds are dreams come true.

Just watch out for the sassy vibes from the front desk lady and the drafty ground floor rooms—they feel more outdoorsy than indoorsy. But hey, even with a whiff of smoke, The Lulu still shines bright.

Felt totally relaxed, no complaints.

Check-in was quick. Staff were friendly. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. Conveniently located near attractions. Disney tickets available for purchase. a pleasant stay.

Wow, what a great hotel experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and check-in was a breeze. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk away from Disneyland. Plus, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, like a mini fridge and microwave. And to top it off, the hotel even offered complimentary cocktails upon arrival.

There were a couple of downsides. The carpets and walls could use some updating, as they were a bit dated and worn.

The heated swimming pool and sun loungers provided a relaxing break after exploring nearby landmarks like The Disney Gallery and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. The leisure room offered a cozy spot to unwind, adding to our family bonding time. Despite some hiccups, the convenient location and thoughtful gestures made our stay enjoyable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was clean and up to date, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to Disneyland and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Plus, being able to see the Disneyland fireworks from my room was a really cool bonus.

The only thing that could have been better at breakfast was the pancakes and muffins, as they were cold and didn't taste great. It would have been nice if breakfast was extended until 10:30am, as the 9:30am cutoff time was a bit early for me.

The hotel's location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and shops right next to the main street. It is also close to the park, making it very convenient for those looking to visit Disneyland. Despite the negative reviews, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

The hotel's amenities were subpar with slow wifi and no makeup remover wipes or soap in the bathroom.

This hotel is simply awesome! the location is perfect as it is in walking distance to everything you could ever need in Disney downtown. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a great area and has rooms with a view looking towards the park and even with views of the fireworks! Secondly, the prices are very reasonable and offer excellent value for money. Thirdly, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service and attention to detail on small things such as breakfast included by the front desk.

Everything was great!

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Lulu, and enjoyed the convenience of being within walking distance to several restaurants. The breakfast improved on the second morning, with a full tray of scrambled eggs, tasty sausage links, and hot French toast. The bedding and linens were fresh and clean. The location was also great, being close to Disneyland and right next door to an IHOP. We also appreciated the pleasant staff and the middle garden area for animals.
