Wow, what a great hotel experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and check-in was a breeze. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk away from Disneyland. Plus, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, like a mini fridge and microwave. And to top it off, the hotel even offered complimentary cocktails upon arrival.

There were a couple of downsides. The carpets and walls could use some updating, as they were a bit dated and worn. Additionally, the daily resort fee seemed a bit unnecessary, especially considering the run-down gym and pool. though, these minor negatives didn't detract from our overall experience.

The hotel's location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and shops right next to the main street. It is also close to the park, making it very convenient for those looking to visit Disneyland. Despite the negative reviews, the staff were friendly and helpful at all times.

The hotel's amenities were subpar with slow wifi and no makeup remover wipes or soap in the bathroom.

This hotel is simply awesome! Firstly, the location is perfect as it is in walking distance to everything you could ever need in Disney downtown. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a great area and has rooms with a view looking towards the park and even with views of the fireworks! Secondly, the prices are very reasonable and offer excellent value for money. Thirdly, the staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, providing excellent service and attention to detail on small things such as breakfast included by the front desk.

The bed at Hotel Lulu, BW Premier Collection was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the location was perfect for easy access to nearby attractions. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable beds and convenient location.

This hotel is a gem! The prices are fantastic, especially compared to other Disney properties. The location is perfect - right in Disney downtown, with everything we could ever need just steps away. The staff is attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with great amenities like a walk-in shower with a fold-down seat and a Kuerig machine. Plus, the breakfast included is a wonderful perk that starts the day off right.

It was the perfect place to relax after a long day at Disneyland.

Our stay was very costly, and fees added up quickly. Additionally, the breakfast buffet was not complimentary, and no complementary muffins or fruits were offered.

We stayed at Hotel LuLu for a 3-night family trip to Disneyland. The property was clean and close to the park, just a 10-minute walk from the Disney gates. We enjoyed the walk with other park guests. Upon arrival, we were treated to complimentary cocktails and the staff was attentive and professional. The 8th-floor fireworks view was stunning and the mattress was very comfortable. The pool and bar/restaurant were great additions to our stay. Thank you!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, being in the heart of Disney downtown. Everything I needed was within walking distance, including grocery stores like Walgreens and CVS right downstairs, and a Target just a short 10-minute walk away. The room was clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated the various amenities provided, such as heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and an in-room safe. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home with their excellent customer service skills.
