As part of a business trip organized by my director, I recently stayed at Premier Collection in Anaheim, and I was thoroughly impressed with the non-smoking facility. The outdoor heated pool was a true highlight, especially given that it is open year-round until 9pm. It was a fantastic way to unwind after a busy day of meetings.

Our bath tub was a little gross, not much of a big deal for us, we just hosed it down.

Great location for park access. Convenient bus service to Disneyland. Fitness facility and pool are enjoyable. Spacious room for business travelers.

Comfortable Stay Close to Disneyland with Friendly Staff

I had a comfortable stay close to Disneyland with friendly staff who were very accommodating. the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient for visiting the theme park. However, the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved for a more pleasant experience.

Despite some unexpected charges for parking and inflated prices at the bar, my two-night stay for $375 was worth it. The quiet rooms, comfy beds, and convenient location near Disneyland made up for the room mix-up and lack of amenities in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and attentive, but communication about fees could be improved.

Returning here for the holiday! First visit, staff kindly returned my shower bag. Perfect place with Wi-Fi, late check-in, bar, restaurant, snack bar.

stayed at the lulu, room was super cute and comfy. great location for disneyland, short walk to park and starbucks nearby. helpful housekeeper, good water pressure in shower. overall, a solid stay.

The views from my window at The Lulu were simply breathtaking. I was able to watch the fireworks from Disneyland right from my room, which was a magical experience. The hotel's proximity to Disneyland Resort was also a major plus, as it was only a 25-minute walk away. The convenience of being so close to the park made our stay even more enjoyable. One morning, I had a delightful interaction with the staff at the coffee shop who made me feel right at home with their warm and friendly service. It was a thoughtful touch that made my day.

The construction obstructing the elevators made it a bit inconvenient, causing them to be slower to reach our rooms.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel! the staff was exceptional, very friendly, and caring. They offered us a complimentary cocktail upon arrival, which was a lovely touch. the dining options were convenient with good food and service. the location was great, near all the necessary shops and services. the free breakfast had a wide variety of options and was delicious, perfect to start the day for our visit to Disney.

One thing that could be improved is the unexpected extra charges during the stay. It would be better if they were clearer about this from the start.

The complimentary bread at The Lulu is a carb-lover's dream, and the culinary finds nearby will have you singing praises. Plus, the quick walk to Disneyland and comfy beds are dreams come true.

Just watch out for the sassy vibes from the front desk lady and the drafty ground floor rooms—they feel more outdoorsy than indoorsy. But hey, even with a whiff of smoke, The Lulu still shines bright.

Wow, what a great hotel experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and check-in was a breeze. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk away from Disneyland. Plus, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed, like a mini fridge and microwave. And to top it off, the hotel even offered complimentary cocktails upon arrival.

There were a couple of downsides. The carpets and walls could use some updating, as they were a bit dated and worn.

The heated swimming pool and sun loungers provided a relaxing break after exploring nearby landmarks like The Disney Gallery and Star Wars: Rise of the Resistance. The leisure room offered a cozy spot to unwind, adding to our family bonding time. Despite some hiccups, the convenient location and thoughtful gestures made our stay enjoyable.
