Clean property, conveniently located. Just a mile from Disneyland—can't beat that. Friendly staff, especially Anna, who welcomed us back each night. several issues need attention. Gated parking costs $25 per day; that’s excessive. Ice machine out of order. Amenities were not communicated effectively. Our room lacked a desk chair, and the shower pressure was dismal. Water unexpectedly shut off for maintenance, just before check-out. Breakfast options were limited, particularly for gluten intolerance. A complimentary breakfast could elevate the experience. The bar was lively, but the restaurant's service felt disconnected. There's promise here, but improvements are essential to match the expectations set by their pricing and marketing.

Trying to get into our room was a hassle, especially needing a key card just to access the bathroom. The wait for check-in felt overly slow, and the hidden shuttle fees were a real letdown, especially with a disabled child.

The location was perfect, just a quick walk to the parks! I loved the heated pool that kept us cool, and the complimentary cocktail at check-in was a sweet welcome. The staff were so friendly and made our stay feel super special!

I loved the availability of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. the hairdryer was limited to one low setting, and water pressure in the shower fluctuated. Our view included a glimpse of the Disneyland fireworks, which was a delightful surprise. Noise levels were generally low, contributing to a peaceful stay. The coffee bar was a nice touch, but the instant coffee clumped and required extra effort to dissolve.

This hotel is just a short 10-minute walk from Disneyland, making it incredibly convenient for daily visits to the park, and I appreciated that there was a Starbucks and an IHOP right next door, along with various other restaurants and shops within a couple of blocks. The hotel staff was friendly, and the rooms were comfortable and equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. the bar could use some improvement in terms of drink quality.

The staff always smiles and lends a hand. The lobby looks cute, snacks for kids are great, and the location feels just right for exploring.

But man, those parking costs are just brutal.

The hotel had a great location near Disneyland, and the pricing was super reasonable, especially considering the holiday season. I loved the room and the hearty breakfast choices, plus the secure parking was a real win. 🏊‍♂️ The heated swimming pool and cozy sun loungers created a perfect place to unwind after a day at the theme park. Just a bummer that some of my stuff went missing, and despite asking around, it wasn't recovered, which was a bit disappointing.
