Let’s talk about what really matters

The spacious rooms are a true treasure, providing ample comfort with charming river views. I enjoyed the fantastic breakfast, where the variety allowed for delightful choices. Plus, the outdoor pool area was inviting, perfect for relaxation under the sun. Although the weather wasn't ideal during my visit, the hotel's friendly staff made up for it.

the spacious, comfy rooms. It was a nice touch to have a pool with lounge chairs and a solid breakfast menu. One highlight was the restaurant's burger. However, the industrial area surrounding the hotel did feel a bit off at times.

The outdoor pool was a delight, providing a perfect place to relax with breathtaking views of the Columbia River and Mt. Hood. My room was clean and spacious, and I enjoyed the little deck, even if the view was limited.

However, the restaurant experience was quite disappointing. Service was slow, and the staff didn't seem attentive, which regrettably marred an otherwise splendid stay. It might be better to explore dining options outside.

The vending machines accidentally gave me a tip on how to be broke! I almost mistook the pool for a dry lake, it was closed!

Great views by the river combined with spacious, comfortable rooms made for a pleasant stay. The friendly restaurant staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious, featuring standout dishes like fried oysters. One minor concern was the traffic during morning commutes to downtown, but it didn’t detract much from the overall experience.

However, the inconsistencies in service were disappointing, particularly around room cleaning policies and responsiveness. Additionally, the pricing for certain menu items seemed unreasonable, which affected overall satisfaction.

the location is great with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. the shower amenities were empty upon arrival.

My kids wished for more pool activities.

It was just a commendable fit for taking strolls in Portland with value for price. The maintenance staff was pretty quick to respond when we had an issue with the heating in the room. Make sure to check the plumbing in your room upon check-in, as there can be unexpected issues.

This place suits me perfectly with amenities like free wi-fi, a heated pool, and 24-hour reception. Staff always impress me. on my first visit, they helped with restaurant recommendations. I’m definitely coming back for a new year!
