We had a great time staying with friends! The hotel is close to the airport, and the shuttle service was on point. Rooms are spacious, with a fridge and microwave. The breakfast buffet is awesome for about $15.99. We spent time at the pool and enjoyed the nearby arts district, soaking up the sun on the Atlantic coast!

However, the hotel staff was a bit rude during check-in, which left a bit of a sour note. It could improve the experience for future guests.

Utilize the luggage storage service if you arrive before check-in. it's convenient for exploring the area or relaxing by the pool beforehand.

Despite initial confusion with the shuttle, my stay turned out to be delightful! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, especially Nicole, who facilitated our early check-in. The room was spacious and exuded cleanliness. I especially appreciated the plant-based toiletries and the enjoyable restaurant meals. Would definitely consider returning!

i was utterly shocked at the barren room decor, which felt more like a sterile workshop than a luxury hotel—we're paying over $360! also, when i questioned the incredibly rude clerk about a chocolate on my pillow that never came, she acted like i was asking for a royal feast. i almost gave a great review, but just couldn’t.

The breakfast options are versatile updating every other day with a delicious selection. The rooftop pool presents a relaxing escape with a view that enhances your stay.

Check-in procedures were confusing and left us waiting longer than expected without proper staff assistance. Restaurant service felt disorganized, highlighting inefficiencies in claim processes especially during busy hours.

the check-in process was a bit awkward , but my kids were helped by a kind lady at the front desk who ensured our smooth check-in. enjoyed the comfy beds and great amenities in the room. having a good variety of channels was a plus.

The cleaning crew did an awesome job making sure my room was spotless, and I really appreciated the fresh coffee in the lobby every morning. I enjoyed lounging by the rooftop pool with a stunning view and the outdoor sun terrace was perfect for soaking up some sun. Just a heads-up, the elevators were a bit slow, but it didn’t really put a damper on my stay. ☀️

The standard room with two queen beds was spacious, immaculate, and featured quality toiletries, making for a very comfortable night. Staff were exceptionally welcoming, especially during check-in, which was handled with professionalism and care that truly stood out, especially with little ones in tow. The breakfast offered flavorful regional bread that complemented the meal wonderfully. However, the slow elevators were a minor inconvenience that slightly detracted from the overall experience.

Great location close to shops and restaurants. Clean rooms, and my king room had a nice view of the port. The staff was friendly, and the terrace/pool area was awesome for plane and cruise ship watching.

This was just a well-suited match for a fleeting stay in Fort Lauderdale with good price value. Enjoyed the excellent dinner at Kiki's with great mixed drinks and an all-you-can-eat buffet for breakfast. Make sure to use their luggage storage service if you arrive before check-in.

Roaming around the rooftop pool was nice, but food spills everywhere were unappealing.
