I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. I loved how convenient it was to bring my luggage to my room, as it was located right off the elevator on the second floor. The bathroom was clean and recently remodeled, with handy shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel dispensers. The hotel staff were friendly and recommended a great restaurant for dinner. The hotel was situated in a nice area, close to restaurants, shopping, and a shopping center. Additionally, the breakfast had a wide variety of options, including healthy choices and delicious waffles, eggs, and bacon. The cleanliness, comfortable bed, and quiet atmosphere were the best features for me.

The hotel's location was ideal, close to restaurants and a mall, yet tucked away from the busy street, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Almost perfect, but there was one small issue with the breakfast. The food options were limited, and when I asked if they would be refilled, I was told that there was only one person working both the front desk and the breakfast area.

The front desk person, Jessica, went above and beyond to help me navigate to the hotel when I got lost. She even walked me through Google maps to ensure I found my way. Her dedication and assistance made a huge difference in my experience. The hotel is lucky to have her as an employee representing them. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the bathroom has an endless hot shower. The breakfast has an excellent variety and the location is centrally located for all my needs in the area.

The pool was cold, which was a bit disappointing for my kids who were looking forward to swimming. The bathroom lighting was poor, making it difficult to get ready for work.

Additionally, the breakfast provided was fantastic, offering a variety of options to suit every taste. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I stayed at Surestay Plus Hotel for a quick getaway with my 3 kids, including one with high functioning autism. The staff was incredibly friendly and even helped enforce hotel etiquette. The beds were comfortable, the room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast had a fun waffle maker. The gal at the front desk went above and beyond to save an outside outlet for us to charge our boat batteries. We will definitely stay here again!
