Indoor pool was a great addition for kids.

The bed was incredibly hard, making it impossible to sleep well. We found the towels to be scratchy and uncomfortable to use. The room lacked adequate hangers, which was frustrating as we had formal clothes to manage. Overall, the stay did not meet the comfort expectations set by the rate we paid.

Request a room away from the main gathering areas if you prefer a quieter experience. This will help minimize noise disturbances during your stay.

the pool was smelly and absolutely disgusting, I can't fathom why it wasn't cleaned! on top of that, the wifi struggled to stay connected—how am I supposed to post my vacation selfies? ! and don’t get me started on not receiving an upgrade for all my troubles, I expected way more from this place, but alas, I just couldn’t give a good review.

The location is fantastic, with the beach just across the street and a variety of dining options within walking distance.

The bathroom in our room needed a deep clean. there was hair on the shower walls and a noticeable stain on the headboard.

The beds were below average in comfort, and parking was limited, especially after heavy rain, which made some spots inaccessible. Overall, it couldn't quite meet comfort expectations for the price.

Right across the street from the beach! The staff was real friendly. We had a nice room with two queen beds, and a microwave,. A good fridge for snacks. Had everything we needed for our trip, and the kids loved jumping between the beach and our room. Made some good memories here.

The location simply cannot be beaten, as it’s just steps away from the beach, making it perfect for sunset strolls. Parking was convenient, which is often a struggle at such tourist spots. However, the room lacked adequate wardrobe space—hanging clothes from furniture was not ideal. Additionally, breakfast options were quite limited, leaving little for those with dietary restrictions. While it has great potential due to its location and friendliness, there's definitely room for improvement.

Great location right across from the beach! The indoor pool was a lovely escape from the sun, and the water pressure was superb. My bathing suit stayed wet all night, which was hilarious but not ideal!

However, the place needed major updates, and the room had a distinct moldy aroma. The cleaning staff seemed to be on a coffee break for hours—no towels and a funky room are not my idea of a getaway!

Had an awesome time! The bed was super comfy and the shower was spacious for the kids. Just wish the pool had been open—only saw a closed sign.

It was just a balanced option for resting at all in St Augustine Beach with good value. The check-in process took a while because our reservation wasn’t in the system, but the receptionist was kind and helped us figure it out. Request a room away from the main areas to avoid noise from parties nearby.

Clean room, friendly staff, and excellent amenities like free parking and beach access made for a pleasant stay, especially being just a short drive from the airport and right across the street from the beach.
