The hotel is beautifully designed and decorated. Our room was extra large compared to most hotel rooms. The bathroom was perfect for two people with the dual sinks. The location is the best for walking the city.

We had a wonderful stay at this cute hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with beautiful curved windows and a large bathroom with a whirlpool and TV. The lobby had a cozy fireplace and showcased a vintage Ford vehicle. The old black and white pictures of the original department store built here added to the historical atmosphere. The hotel is connected to a mall and Isa's French Bistro, where we enjoyed delicious food with breakfast vouchers provided. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location couldn't be more fabulous, with shops, restaurants, and a vibrant atmosphere just outside the hotel.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of downtown. It's located in an old restored department store that was totally renovated, giving it a unique charm. The rooms are spacious and come with a working gas fireplace, which is perfect for chilly nights. The breakfast included in the rate is simply delicious, especially the fruit compote.

The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance of all downtown activities. It was so convenient, I didn't even need to drive anywhere. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the facilities were top-notch. The bed was super comfortable and I had a great night's sleep. The complimentary glass of prosecco at check-in was a nice touch. The hotel's restaurants also served delicious food and had friendly staff.

The staff was super friendly, providing us with bottles of water at check-in and thoughtful goodie bags at check-out. The downtown location was perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring. And the rates were unbelievably affordable. If you're visiting downtown Asheville, you don't want to miss out on Haywood Park Hotel! I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.

We had a fantastic 2-night stay at this downtown hotel. It was clean, had great facilities, convenient parking, and was located near all the restaurants and shops in the downtown Asheville area. The hotel had a charming vintage vibe, reminiscent of the 1920s. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room had a separate sitting area with great views, mini-fridge, and sink. The bathroom had a massive jetted tub, walk-in shower and bidet. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in the center of downtown. It was a wonderful experience overall.

Staying here was a wonderful experience. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city and inside an old restored department store. The hotel staff greeted me with southern hospitality and knowledgeable staff. The dining experience was great, with welcoming breakfast options and delicious room service. The spa & wellness centre was amazing – the full body massage and head massage was a real treat. To top it off, the hotel facilities were all clean and well-maintained, including the fitness centre that I used frequently.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better is if there was a bigger variety of selection.
