Stayed at Holiday Inn Express for 3 weeks during my trip to the States. The location was perfect, close to food and entertainment spots but far enough from the beach chaos. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. They didn't charge us for a lost key card and even took us to our room at 2am when we had no key. The beds were comfy, the AC was blasting, and the pool and whirlpool were excellent amenities.

The room was clean, but there was a broken lamp shade and missing bulb. The bar area was closed except for breakfast. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was tasty.

I stayed for a week for a family vacation. The room was always clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff, especially Madison and Zaforia, were friendly and provided excellent service. The location was perfect, with a Dollar Tree just across the street. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Wheelchair friendly hotel with the staff quickly making accommodations for my needs. The location was conveniently close to restaurants and Goodwill. The hotel staff was hospitable and professional. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, and the location was reasonably priced.

I had such a great stay at this hotel! The location on Beach Road was really convenient for me, and the staff were so friendly and helpful. I loved the amenities in the room, like the refrigerator and microwave, and the bathroom had a fantastic shower and a great selection of free toiletries. The breakfast in the morning was also top-notch, and the staff who served it were really attentive to my needs. Plus, the fitness center and swimming pool were a great way to unwind after a long day.

The rooms were clean and comfortable with a great shower and plenty of hot water. the continental breakfast included in the price was a nice touch and helped us start the day off right. the location was perfect for our business trip, close enough to everything we needed but not too far from the beach.

It would be nice if the air conditioning was calibrated properly before we arrived. It was a bit of a hassle to have to call front desk twice to get it working the way we wanted it to.
