The location was perfect for our trip to the nearby Gila River Arena. We enjoyed the on-site restaurant with its lovely outdoor courtyard. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and the coffee was excellent. we had a pleasant stay at Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff, especially Steve at the front desk, provided exceptional service and was incredibly helpful. The hotel lobby and bar area were beautifully designed and welcoming with plenty of comfortable seating. Our room was immaculately clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The bathroom had great hair products provided. The restaurant staff was excellent and the food was delicious.

I was initially concerned about the customer service based on the reviews I read, but I have to say that my experience was quite the opposite. The front desk staff, specifically Desmon, Tony, and Ben, were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to assist me and my friend when we walked in without a reservation. They even helped us with the parking pass and ensured that we had a room for the night. The hotel itself was beautiful and our room was amazing and sparkling clean. The balcony and lobby were especially impressive. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a key card issue and a non-functioning refrigerator, the overall experience at Renaissance was outstanding. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. I had a fabulous stay and would choose this hotel again.

The hotel's facilities were top-notch, including clean pools with fluffy towels and ample seating. The food at Soleil was delicious, with standout dishes like the lobster mac and cheese and appetizer ribs. The staff were professional, courteous, and ensured that our room service arrived promptly and hot. we were extremely impressed with our stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right near all the entertainment and stadiums. Being able to walk to restaurants and have a view of the stadium was incredible. The staff were so friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. The amenities and facilities were top-notch. I loved relaxing at the spa and taking a dip in the indoor swimming pool. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I recently stayed at Renaissance Phoenix and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area, and the room service and bar service were top-notch. We decided to rent a cabana by the pool for 4 hours, and our server Brent went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. Our corner suite was spacious and comfortable, making our stay even more enjoyable. I was pleasantly surprised when the staff kept in touch via text, showing their attentiveness and exceptional customer service. a great location with great service and a wonderful stay.

We had an amazing romantic weekend getaway! The location of the hotel was perfect - it was conveniently close to the stadium where we attended a football game. The staff was incredible, always greeting us with smiles and going out of their way to help us. We especially loved the huge pool, it was so refreshing and had a great view of the surrounding area.

There were a few things that could have been improved. It would have been helpful if the hotel provided maps of the property, as it is quite large and it took us a while to figure out where everything was.
