A distinct sewer smell in the first room was off-putting!!! Housekeeping needs a serious upgrade—my room went untouched for days!!! I expected more attention to detail during my stay overall!!!

My stay at Tru By Hilton was filled with memorable culinary delights! Breakfast offered some great moments, although I did have to nudge for eggs and coffee cups. The spacious room blew me away with its minimalist design, and the pool table in the lobby was a fun highlight for my family.

The lobby was super bright and inviting, with a cool vibe! The rooms were modern, sporting some nifty tech. Plus, I adored that the pool was indoors—perfect for a splash!

But why in the world do shower fixtures feel like they might take a leave of absence? And that toilet seat? Ah, a bit too loose for my liking!

Take advantage of the 24-hour gym. it's well-equipped and perfect for a late-night workout or early morning session.

My recent stay at Tru By Hilton Monroe, MI was a delightful experience. The location was conveniently situated just a mile from I-75, making access easy. The staff were exceptional, providing a warm welcome and thoughtful assistance throughout my stay. The breakfast featured a wonderful selection, including hot options like eggs and sausage, along with fresh fruit and yogurt.

The shower water pressure was a bit low.

the hotel was quite basic, no real breakfast options, just a cooler that ran out of yogurt. after requesting maid service, I had to deal with the trash myself! how hard would it have been to have a free upgrade after all of that? almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.

This hotel exceeded expectations! Perfectly located just minutes from the beach and other attractions, our room was clean and incredibly comfortable. I appreciated the eco-friendly amenities and loved the convenience of the water bottle refill station. Plus, having hooks throughout the room was a game changer for organizing our belongings!
