The property was spotless, beautiful, and spacious with automatic doors that made us feel like royalty. The decor was unbelievable and the staircase on the first floor was absolutely gorgeous. The atmosphere of the hotel was what sold us, and the rooms were average but clean. The amenities, like the TV in the bathroom and Bluetooth speaker hook up, were a nice touch.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and I was given complete privacy throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the buffet breakfast was truly fabulous. The staff was professional and accommodating, granting my request for an upgrade and even providing my two kids with free breakfast. The hotel's location was incredibly convenient, being very close to the convention center, the mall, and anywhere in the Schaumburg area. I loved the unique and gorgeous design of the entire lobby and restaurant area, with various individually designed seating areas perfect for meetings or simply relaxing with a book or working on my computer.

Great Location and Convenience: The hotel's proximity to the convention center was a huge advantage during my stay. It made attending events and workshops a breeze. Additionally, the quick access to the trolley loop and nearby attractions like shopping areas was a bonus.

This meant that the only food option was room service or ordering from the bar, which created inconvenience, especially when the service was slow.

This hotel located very close to the convention center and has friendly staff members. The rooms are spacious, clean and quiet, with comfortable beds and great views of the surrounding areas. The fitness center and pool area are both well-kept with an abundance of fitness equipment available for use. The restaurant/bar has a great selection of beer and wine as well as delicious food offerings and great service.

Some guests might find it noisy if staying in a room near the common area.

The bed was comfy and the linen was good. The staff was friendly and welcoming and there were good onsite restaurant and bar options. The breakfast had a lot of choices and a cook-to-order bar. The shuttle service provided easy access to nearby shops. The sitting areas in the lobby and conference rooms were comfortable.

This venue was a great find. The location was convenient to any shopping store and the convention center. The service was exceptional, from the car hire to the laundry service, and the staff was always at my service. The room amenities were fantastic, including the refrigerator, tea and coffee facilities, and flat-screen tv. I also enjoyed the dining options, including a restaurant and bar/lounge area. The leisure facilities, such as the swimming pool and jacuzzi, were a great way to unwind.

If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel to families.
