We recently stayed at an amazing hotel in downtown. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from prompt check-in to offering a later check-out. the room was incredibly spacious and impeccably clean, which was a pleasant surprise. the location was ideal, with a beautiful interior and a convenient parking garage. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, with everything I needed just steps away. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. They were efficient and professional, ensuring that my check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a king size bed that provided a great night's sleep. The attention to detail in the room was impressive, with modern amenities and everything in its place. Despite being on the Executive level, the prices were reasonable and offered great value for money. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, with the rooms being cleaned to a high standard.

The hotel amenities are top-notch, especially the indoor swimming pool which was fantastic for relaxation. Additionally, the dining restaurant and bar area are a plus, and the staff there was very courteous and helpful.

The hotel offered comfortable rooms and the staff was very helpful. In addition, the food and drinks served on site were excellent. the bartender, Roberto, was fantastic and remembered my preferences every day. the hotel's convenient location allowed for easy access to local restaurants within walking distance. Lastly, the hotel was quiet and had convenient parking.

The elevators and decor were a bit tired and could use some updating. Additionally, the water pressure in the executive room was not high enough for a decent shower.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained. Powerful A/C kept the room cool. Bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Plentiful towels. Comfortable bed pillows. Mini refrigerator and coffee maker. Helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. Delicious dinner meals. Immaculately maintained pool and outdoor seating area. Great central location.

Hotel recently renovated, providing a pleasant atmosphere and excellent security. Good lighting in the room, and Keurig coffee machine a nice touch. Complimentary parking offered by staff when heat was not working properly.

It is within walking distance of several restaurants and a mall with popular dining options like The Cheesecake Factory. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially enjoyed the warm pool. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to transportation, including the Metro North train station.

The location of the hotel was great, with a wonderful restaurant nearby for dinner and it was close to the train station. Despite a literal hurricane outside, the hotel felt safe and secure. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a modern bathroom. The service from the staff was excellent, with Leira going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The breakfast options were healthy and satisfying. The pool was a great addition, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. a fantastic stay with many facilities and room advantages.

The internet speed in the Business Center was slow and unreliable.

We especially enjoyed the morning coffee downstairs and the welcome drink upon arrival. The indoor swimming pool was a great addition and we took advantage of it during our stay. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, and we felt safe and secure with the 24-hour security. this place provided us with a comfortable and relaxing experience.

The only minor issue we encountered was with one staff member being a bit rude when it came to waiting in line. However, this was a small inconvenience and did not overshadow the excellent service we received from everyone else at the hotel.
