The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, making it easy for us to catch our early morning flight. The shuttle service was available 24/7, and the driver was friendly even at 2 am. The rooms were comfortable, and the hotel staff kindly accommodated our request for adjoining rooms.

There were a few drawbacks to my stay. the restaurant had a limited menu, which was disappointing.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was superb, with spotless rooms and well-maintained facilities. The hotel had ample parking space, making it convenient for us to park our car. The location was excellent, located in a neighborhood that felt safe and had easy access to transportation. We were pleasantly surprised by the modern decor of the hotel, it gave off a luxurious vibe. We had a corner room with a stunning view of the sunset. The grounds were well-maintained and the interior foyer had a stylish bar and restaurant. The breakfast was delicious and the pool water was warm. we would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Cannot find any fault

We had a short stay, but the staff at the hotel were extremely cordial and kind. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. The location, right next to the airport and close to the highway, made it easy for us to get to the convention center in downtown. Additionally, we appreciated the fact that the hotel provided parking and transportation options.

This place is in a nice area of town, fairly close to the airport, which is convenient when traveling from the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel has great amenities like a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and a fitness center. The indoor swimming pool is a nice bonus, especially for families with kids. this hotel is a great option for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The staff could work on their customer service a little bit, but other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Great location close to the airport and convenient for travelers. the lobby and seating options are nicely remodeled, providing a comfortable atmosphere to relax in. the registration staff was courteous and welcoming.

The dinner service in the restaurant was slow, despite it not being busy. the room had some maintenance issues, including a shower door that wouldn't stay closed and mold/mildew in the bathroom.

We had a wonderful server named Jessica who provided excellent customer service. The lobby, bar, and eatery area were chic and well-appointed. The workout area had plenty of equipment. we had a great stay at Renaissance.
