I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase, and I found the meeting space to be perfect for hosting a successful meeting. The facilities allowed me to focus on using the meeting space for my best meeting yet. The staff was accommodating and ensured that everything ran smoothly, contributing to a positive and productive experience.

The one service that I missed for my work was a more efficient room service option for quick meals between meetings.

During my transit through St. Augustine, I found the Holiday Inn St. Augustine-Historic, An IHG Hotel, to be the perfect stopover location. The convenient 10 km distance from St. Augustine made it an ideal choice for a short stay. The spacious suites with separate living areas and free Wi-Fi access made me feel at home, while the option for a balcony with a pool view was a lovely touch for relaxation.

One minor downside of my stay at the Holiday Inn was the unexpected additional charge for parking, which amounted to over $19. While this did not significantly affect my overall experience, it was a surprising extra cost that could be an inconvenience for budget-conscious travelers.

The staff were attentive and provided excellent service. The basic amenities in the room, including the extra pillows and blankets, made our stay comfortable.

The hotel is located right in the historic district which made it easy to walk to all the attractions we wanted to see in the city. The room was very comfortable with a King size bed and included a fridge, microwave and coffee machine.
