I had a lovely stay at The Ritz Carlton, Pentagon City. The location is ideal, just moments away from the Pentagon City Fashion Center, and the staff were exceptionally attentive and caring. I particularly appreciated the quick room service – our dinner arrived almost immediately after we ordered. With a Nespresso maker in the room, I enjoyed warm and delicious coffee to start my day right.

WiFi fees were unexpected.

I enjoyed a weekend getaway with friends. The location near the metro and mall was convenient for us. In the club lounge, staff were friendly and accommodating. They kept the water bottles well-stocked, which I appreciated. However, our room had a toilet issue that wasn’t fully resolved during our stay. I was surprised by a delay in service during afternoon tea, though the restaurant manager tried to make it right. Overall, it was a pleasant experience for us.

Staff exceeded expectations with friendly service, ensuring a memorable stay while the Deluxe room offered luxurious amenities and access to a connected mall. A convenient location makes transportation and shopping hassle-free.

Inconsistent housekeeping practices!!! Room temperature control issues, outdated audiovisual systems!!! Partially functioning amenities and high fees for basic services detract from the luxury experience expected at this caliber!!!

I travel quite a bit for work, and this place has some good moments. One time, the restaurant/bar really came through with excellent service, even when things got busy. Not to mention, I went to check the HVAC, and ended up getting a view that made me forget I was in a stuffy meeting for a second.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess for what you get, you can’t complain too much.

Staying here felt promising, especially since everything was close by, including a mall and the metro. The service was consistent, which is key for me as a traveler. I appreciated that they reached out ahead of time to offer transportation options. It made my visit more manageable. I was able to enjoy the scenic views from my room. My stay was enjoyable, and I left feeling satisfied with the experience.

We loved the hotel's location connected directly to the mall, which made shopping a breeze! The easy access to the metro was a huge plus, allowing us to explore the area conveniently. The staff truly went above and beyond, treating us like part of their Ritz family and ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable.
