During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the spaciousness of the rooms at this hotel. The kitchen and dining area were a great addition, allowing my family and I to prepare and enjoy meals together. Additionally, the location of the hotel was ideal, being conveniently close to key attractions and amenities in the area. It made it easy for us to explore and make the most of our time in the city.

The cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with dirty carpets and dusty surfaces throughout. Additionally, the staff seemed unhelpful and unresponsive, making it difficult to address any concerns or request additional amenities.

The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, especially Matt at the front desk who was very knowledgeable and helpful with restaurant recommendations.
