we had a lovely time at the Grand, spacious rooms with separate bed and sofa areas, and two bathrooms with showers. the pool and beach amenities were fantastic with plenty of sunbeds, heated jacuzzi, and beach chairs. the poolside bar staff were attentive, and the onsite restaurant served delicious food day and night.

No 🚫 fridge usage or microwave in the room.

The beach just steps away was amazing, such a beautiful location to relax and soak up the sun. the charcuterie board and wine surprise in the room for our anniversary was a sweet touch. Love that the hotel restaurant is classy and up to date, perfect for a special evening.

The staff had horrible customer service - we were constantly requesting towels and other essentials for our room. the front desk was unhelpful and unfriendly, leaving us frustrated.

Despite some shortcomings, the hotel's proximity to the beach is unbeatable. The pool deck offers a beautiful setting with hammocks, ample towels, and friendly staff. Our spacious room was clean, well-equipped, and had lovely beach chair cushions. The espresso bar was a nice touch.

My recent stay at this hotel in Mid Beach was fantastic! the staff, from reception to the car valet, were incredibly friendly and helpful. I appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival and the great assistance from the tours/ticket desk. the beachfront location was perfect, with staff readily available to set up chairs and umbrellas. the cafe on-site was convenient for a quick bite, and the breakfast menu offered delicious options. the gym overlooking the bay was a highlight, and I can't wait to try the yoga classes next time.

One area that could be improved is the timing of room cleaning. I noticed that housekeeping tended to clean rooms right before their shift ended, which sometimes inconvenienced us.

always love miami beach vibes, but this time grand was exceptional - beachfront amenities, cozy cafe, top-notch gym with a bay view, and fantastic breakfast options from the menu. the staff's kindness and comfy ambiance made me feel right at home. can't wait to return.

housekeeping could use improvement

The beachfront room offered absolutely gorgeous views! Despite the damp smell, the king size bed was comfy. Would return for the STUNNING ocean vista. Staff need improvement.

We enjoyed the picturesque views and comfortable balcony. the staff was kind and accommodating. the hotel facilities were clean and inviting. Its location was close to South Beach, shopping areas, and restaurants.
