I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially Esther, Manuel, Tony, and Wilberth, were attentive and caring. The all-inclusive food was delicious, and I loved the variety of restaurants available. The hotel facilities, including the pools and spa, were amazing, and the location on the beach was perfect. Wilberth, in particular, went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

We had an amazing experience at Secrets Maroma Beach Riviera Cancun! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food at the restaurants was fantastic. The Mexican restaurant, El Patio, was especially delicious. The beach was absolutely spectacular, and we enjoyed the unlimited activities and entertainment provided by the hotel. The service level was top-notch, with great attention to detail. The spa facilities were superb, offering a wonderful space to relax and unwind. There was always something to do, but we also appreciated the option to simply relax and enjoy our time.

Felt like it was our own home, no complaints.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and attentive service. the Spa & wellness centre was a standout, offering a range of treatments including full body massages and beauty treatments. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were a perfect place to unwind, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas punctuating the garden area. the entertainment was second to none, with daily shows and a night club catering to all tastes.

The only minor issue was the limited vegetarian options on the dinner buffet. the restaurant more than made up for it with its special diet menus, offering a wide selection of plant-based dishes.

The hotel is conveniently located near Marina beach, just a short drive from the airport. There were plenty of daily activities to keep us entertained during our stay, and the rooms were spacious with comfortable beds. The bathroom was modern and clean, and the room service was prompt and efficient. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the view from the pool area was breathtaking.

The hotel lacked unique character and felt generic compared to other options in the area.

Staff incredibly friendly and attentive, facilities top-notch with a beautiful spa, lovely rooms, and clean beach with ample sun beds and palapas. The entertainment team was fantastic, providing plenty of fun activities, games, and nightly shows. The food is outstanding, particularly the Japanese and French restaurants, with additional unique dining experiences available. a wonderful and memorable resort experience.

The property was nice, with beautiful scenery. Upgraded to the honeymoon suite which was really nice. Staff were great and made a difference. Lots of activities and games at the hotel, with a non-intrusive entertainment team. Two large pools with plenty of loungers. Decent food with many options, especially the desserts. Rooms were large and nicely furnished. Lots of animals added to the atmosphere. Great facilities, layout, and restaurants. Easy check-in process and allowed early check-in. Outstanding entertainment in the evening. Top-notch restaurants with minimal wait times. Great selection of liquor at the lobby bar. Beautiful beach. Loved the place!

My partner and I stayed at Secrets Maroma Beach for 2 weeks and it was an incredible experience. The food at the 5 restaurants exceeded our expectations, with a delicious variety for breakfast and amazing lunch options by the pool. The staff were enthusiastic, helpful, and made us feel special throughout our stay. The entertainment was varied and fun, and the beach was absolutely breathtaking with its pure white sand. Free WiFi was a bonus, and we had a smooth transfer from the airport. it was a wonderful trip that will be hard to beat.

Had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort. The preferred club room was spacious, clean, and the swim-out pool was another level of luxury. The beach was stunning, and the resort offered many activities. The staff was accommodating and made me feel like royalty.

We had an amazing vacation at Secrets Maroma, surrounded by breathtaking beauty. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and important. The accommodations were lovely and the facilities were convenient. The beach was clean and the pool area was delightful. We also had a memorable dining experience at Himitsu with our incredible server Armando. The entertainment team, Carlos, Cesar, Jonathan. we had a fantastic time and would highly recommend this resort.

The service at this resort was exceptional. the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had a wonderful stay. the activities staff, including Marco, Andrea, William, and Fernanda. the beach and pool areas were well-maintained and had great food and beverage service, so we never had to leave our loungers.

There were no negative aspects of our experience at the resort. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend it to others.
