For the price, The Edward provided excellent value and a cozy, comfortable room. The location was great, with a nearby taco restaurant that was even better during happy hour. The staff was prompt and friendly, communicating easily through WhatsApp.

The hotel location was ideal for exploring the city center with most things within walking distance. The room was spacious and well-appointed with modern furnishings and a comfortable bed; it was a perfect haven from the busy streets. The bathroom was clean and featured a nice spa tub to unwind after a long day. Free parking was a plus.

The lack of an on-site staff felt a bit impersonal, and amenities were limited with only two bath towels and no seating options other than the bed.

What stood out during my Christmas stay was the stunning decor and charming bathrooms. the attention to detail in the design created a visually pleasing and cozy atmosphere. the deep appreciation for eco-friendly practices was a welcome touch.

Parking was a bit iffy as the hotel's private lot was under service. Street parking was limited and first-come-first-serve, causing inconvenience and safety concerns.

We absolutely loved the stylish decor and creative common spaces at this boutique hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated and our Green Suite was perfect for our honeymoon. The mattress was incredibly comfortable, and we even want to buy the same one for our home. The shower design was a standout feature. Communication with the General Manager, Erin, was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were attentive and lovely. The location was great, with restaurants, cafes, and parking options within walking distance.

Felt like visiting family, nothing too much trouble.

This hotel was a great value for money with fantastic prices and attention to detail. The location in the city center was perfect – very close to everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and the basic amenities were great. The rooms with a bed were comfortable and cozy, and breakfast included was a nice touch. I particularly appreciated the self check-in and the fact that it was situated in a beautiful old building full of character.

This hotel was a great experience and there isn't much I think could be improved.

We loved the beautiful decor of the old building. Despite the thin walls, we slept well thanks to the comfortable bed and soft blankets. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even letting us check out a little later. we highly recommend Edward for a unique stay in downtown Buffalo.
