I recently stayed at Residence Inn By Marriott Newport Middletown, where the hotel's cleanliness was admirable, and the room's spacious layout allowed me to relax comfortably. The warm breakfast options included tasty oatmeal with various toppings, making my mornings delightful.

Breakfast was pretty underwhelming. choices were limited and could use a serious upgrade in quality and variety—those eggs were something else, that's for sure. The snack situation seemed lacking overall, and while I enjoyed the cookies at check-in, they were the only treat we encountered. The indoor pool was unexpectedly closed for chemical treatment the first night, and with winter looming, I wished that had been resolved right off the bat.

The kitchen setup was really convenient for

us since we liked preparing our meals. The seating in our King Studio was comfy, and we enjoyed the spacious layout. We also appreciated the friendly staff who helped us whenever we needed assistance. Overall, our experience was quite pleasant.

breakfast was abysmal, such limited options—the eggs resembled rubber, and I doubt they were even real. The staff in the dining area? Absolutely rude, making snide comments while guests served themselves. And for my troubles, a complimentary cookie woudl ve been a nice touch, but clearly, that’s just too much to ask at this establishment.

Our mini getaway felt comfy, as the staff quickly fixed our suite's temperature issue. The pool was delightful for unwinding, and we enjoyed shopping nearby to stock our kitchen. Plus, breakfast didn't skimp on choices!

The pullout couch was like a medieval torture device, and the bathroom door needed a map to navigate! I think it was just trying to make sure I got my daily exercise.

The King Studio with Sofa Bed was super clean and spacious, perfect for our family. The beds were really comfy, and the kitchen was stocked well enough for us to whip up meals. We loved how close it was to shopping and local restaurants. The pool was a nice touch to unwind after a busy day. Just wish the breakfast had a bit more variety, but overall, the vibe was great for a little getaway!
