Our recent stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Despite some minor issues with the water park's maintenance and the arcade equipment, our children had a great time and enjoyed the various entertainment options. The one-bedroom suite we stayed in was spacious, although it could have been better equipped. However, it didn't affect our overall satisfaction.

I gotta say, I definitely got my money's worth at this hotel. The room was super cozy and spacious, and the bathroom was way better than what I was expecting. Plus, the staff treated us really well, even with a dance function going on.

Food for breakfast could've been improved a bit.

I recently stayed at Americana for a weekend getaway with my family. The front desk was incredibly helpful, upgrading us to a spacious 2 beds suite and even providing passes to the waterpark for our non-swimmer guest. The room itself was comfortable and the waterpark was a hit with our kids. The activities for kids were a nice bonus, and the staff, especially at the waterpark, were friendly and helpful.

As party people, we loved the spacious rooms, which made our 3-day stay with two kids during a dance comp more bearable. The cleanliness of the property was top-notch, and the staff provided excellent service. The water park was a hit with the kids, and it wasn't overly crowded. The room upgrade we received was an awesome bonus and became the go-to hangout spot for everyone. Having a microwave and mini fridge in the room was a great convenience. The lobby entrance was beautiful, and we appreciated not having to leave the hotel for breakfast.

Rooms clean, short walk to waterpark. Great for young kids, kiddie pool & small slides. Buffet breakfast worth price. Microwave and fridge in room make traveling with kids easy. Nice staff, very clean. Good waterpark for kids 10 and under. Enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

I had a great time at the waterpark with my kids. They absolutely loved it and had so much fun playing in the pools and going down the slides. The water was at the perfect temperature for them to enjoy. I had a memorable stay at this resort.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable and it's located just a short distance from the Falls, making it a convenient choice for families. The staff are friendly and the basic amenities are provided. The rooms facing the courtyards on the main floor offer a peaceful atmosphere, away from the noise of the bustling Niagara Falls area.

One area that could be improved is the furniture in the rooms. It appears to be outdated and could use some updating.

I had a fantastic stay in this hotel! The rooms were not only clean but also spacious, offering plenty of comfort. The location was perfect, situated just outside of the water park and down the street from the main attractions. The hotel facilities were great, especially the amazing water park that provided loads of fun for both adults and children. It was a highlight of my stay, and I made many memories on the slides and in the wave pool. The staff, particularly Shy, Jasmin, and Priya, provided exceptional customer service.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Niagara Falls and had a fantastic experience. I was traveling with my children and the hotel had a variety of activities for them to enjoy. From a dedicated kids' area with face painting to daily activities at the water park, there was always something fun to do. Another great feature was the fridge and microwave in the room, which made it easy to feed my kids on a budget. Additionally, the location of the hotel was excellent, with a supermarket nearby for convenient supplies and BBQ facilities in the yard. The rooms also had a microwave and fridge, and since the hotel was a few miles away from the touristy areas, the food prices were more affordable. The hotel even had a bus stop right in front, making it convenient to get to the falls in just 15-20 minutes. The water park was also a highlight, as it was small enough that I didn't have to worry about losing sight of my children. The friendly staff and overall cleanliness of the facilities were also impressive. Despite some issues with the arcade machines, the staff was understanding and helpful.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of pillows. The waterpark had no lineups for slides and the water temperature was good. The kids had a great time.
