I loved how easy it was to stroll over to nearby eateries like Arby's and Taco Bell, which were just steps away, plus the Hamilton Place Mall was only about a 15-minute walk at just over a kilometer, providing plenty of shopping options and fun family activities, while the beds were comfortable and the breakfast really exceeded my expectations; I just wish there were smart TVs in the room for added entertainment at night.

I was treated poorly at check-in, feeling like I was being judged. The front desk lady assumed I’d cause damage just for being a local, which was insulting.

The moment I walked in, I was greeted by a spotless atmosphere! My room was super comfy, and the breakfast area was bright and inviting. The staff was friendly, and I felt right at home during my entire stay!

The parking area felt a bit unsafe at night. Despite these issues, the location was convenient for dining and attractions, and I appreciate the effort to keep things tidy. It left me undecided about returning.

Wingate By Wyndham - Chattanooga offers a prime location with outstanding cleanliness and very helpful clerks. Our room was tidy, and the shower was excellent. Despite minor issues, the accommodating staff ensured a comfortable stay, making it a solid choice for travelers.

We recently stayed at the Wingate and had quite a mixed experience. The hotel is conveniently located right off the highway, making it easy to access nearby amenities and restaurants. The staff was friendly and responsive when we had an issue with the sink in our room, which was promptly fixed. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had a fresh smell, which was a plus. there were some notable drawbacks. The breakfast was a major letdown - despite being advertised, it consisted only of instant oatmeal packets, which was disappointing and not as expected. The beds were uncomfortably hard, and the heating in the room was loud and difficult to regulate. the bathroom was poorly designed without an exhaust fan, and there was a lack of toiletries provided. I appreciated the location and the cleanliness of the room, but the shortcomings in breakfast options, comfort of the beds, and room amenities were significant disappointments.
