I recently stayed at Residence Inn in Middleburg Heights and had a great experience. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff at breakfast was helpful and friendly, and I really enjoyed the fresh fruit options and toasted bagels. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the gym was a nice bonus. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The Residence Inn provided exceptional service when there was a mistake in the room description. We were promised a pull out sofa bed, but it was not available. The front desk quickly rectified the situation by offering us an extra room for the night at no charge. The oversized rooms were clean and the residential area was quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. During my recent stay at a hotel in Middleburg Heights, I was impressed by the convenient location. It was situated in an ideal spot, allowing us to explore the area without needing to use our car. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. I particularly enjoyed the outdoor seating area, which provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I highly recommend Residence Inn for its excellent location and welcoming atmosphere.

Although I had a pleasant stay, there were a few minor issues. there were not all of the traditional breakfast selections that I usually expect.
