The place was decent, but the breakfast was a real letdown—cheap ingredients and not enough variety. Still, the staff were choice. Cheers for that!

Leslie at the front desk was a legend! So helpful and friendly, really made us feel at home. The room was spacious with a comfy bed, and the happy hour with fresh snacks was a lekker touch!

Only downside was the WiFi, sometimes a bit dodgy, but no biggie.

During my recent stay, the Residence Inn By Marriott Houston Northwest/Cypress impressed me with its spacious suites featuring full kitchens, making it convenient for my extended visit. The indoor pool was a delightful addition, allowing for relaxation any time of year.

Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. Had a dirty face towel in the shower and noticed the pool was cloudy.

I loved how my one-bedroom suite had a full kitchen, which made meal prep a breeze. The indoor pool and outdoor firepit were perfect for unwinding after a long day. While I had to ask for towels for the pool, it didn't take away from my overall great experience. 😊
