The location was perfect, with a free shuttle to and from our event, and the driver was pleasant and the van was clean.

They gave away my reserved room without notifying me, even after confirming my late check-in. the replacement room was not suitable for my needs as a handicapped guest.

Excellent and desirable stay for business

I recently stayed at the Residence Inn and had an excellent experience. I booked my stay well in advance and even though I couldn't get a non-ground level room, the staff was able to accommodate me for the second night. The complimentary full breakfast and drinks/light dinner were a great bonus. The grounds were beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that the hotel was pet-friendly and still kept clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business travelers.
