2 blocks from the beach, great location. Good value for money. Clean room. Limited free breakfast suited us well as we don't eat much in the morning. Owner was friendly and even offered a ride to the pharmacy. Would stay again for a budget option.

The location was super convenient, just a short walk to downtown Pismo Beach and all the restaurants and shops. The staff treated us really well and made sure we had everything we needed. Clean, updated room with walk-in shower. Wood-look tile floors were nice but didn't catch sand. No freeway noise at night. Easy walk to restaurants, pier, and beach. Friendly and accommodating staff.

I loved the beautiful property, spacious rooms, and comfy pillows. The staff was very accommodating and the towels were soft. The location was convenient, with outlets, beach, and restaurants nearby.

the rooms were clean and comfortable, and I especially appreciated the recently updated bathroom with solid stone slabs. the vanity area, complete with a microwave and fridge, was a convenient feature. the motel also had a nice picnic area and swimming pool in the gated parking lot. the location was excellent, just a couple blocks from the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. the staff were friendly and check-in was easy. it was a nice stay.

During our Christmas stay, we liked the friendly staff who checked us in quickly. They even offered snacks and free bottled water, which was a thoughtful gesture. the location of the hotel was key, as it was far enough from the main areas to be quiet but still within a few blocks' walking distance. Additionally, the motel had a clean and inviting pool, even though it was too cold to use during our visit.

We were disappointed with a few aspects of our stay. we could hear our neighbors playing loud music due to the thin walls.

The front desk was incredibly helpful, allowing us to stay a little longer to wait out the rain and even providing us with a towel to wipe down our bikes. The staff were pleasant and accommodating, and the room was clean and well-stocked. The towels were of excellent quality, not your standard hotel towels. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach and downtown area. this was the best hotel we stayed at during our trip, offering great value for money and a well-equipped room. I definitely recommend staying here when in the area.

Although they didn't serve breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised with complimentary snacks and water bottles. the owner was friendly and welcoming, and the heated pool allowed us to swim even when it was chilly. We extended our stay, thanks to the accommodating customer service. It was a lovely experience, with a great bed, ample pillows, easy parking, and a convenient location.
