I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and modernity of the Residence Inn. The kitchen in my room was fully stocked with all the utensils I needed, making it convenient for cooking. The complimentary beer and wine during Manager evenings was a great perk. And the best part? The scrambled eggs in the morning were actually real, not the powdered kind! I had a fantastic stay and would definitely choose this hotel again.

I was disappointed that the pool and barbecue pit were not properly maintained. The pool looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while and the barbecue pit seemed neglected.

The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and we enjoyed the amenities provided. the hotel's location was convenient for us, as it was close to key attractions and facilities. Additionally, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we were not satisfied with. the check-in process was not smooth, as the front desk was unattended when we arrived and we had to wait for someone to assist us.

Drawbacks: The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, and it would have been great to have a bigger pool with more shaded areas. However, these minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overall positive experience.

Additionally, the staff, especially Paul, were extremely nice and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure that my payment issue was resolved and provided informative explanations about the hotel.

We had a great Thanksgiving weekend at a hotel that was modern, clean and accommodating. the breakfast was delicious with eggs cooked differently each day accompanied by sausages or potatoes. I also appreciated that we were offered complimentary coffee and tea throughout the day. the location of the hotel was key - it was close to a mall where we could watch movies and go shopping. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with suggestions of places to visit and dine in.

The one downside during our stay was the limited parking spots available, we had to park a few blocks away from the hotel and walk. there were no microwaves in the rooms, which would have been helpful for reheating leftovers from our Thanksgiving dinner.
