We were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and comfort of our room during our stay. The bar and pool area provided a relaxing atmosphere after a busy day exploring Hyannis.

It was just a great fit for a momentary visit in Hyannis with great for the money. The staff at reception were very pleasant and helpful, making it easy to ask about local spots. Try to secure a room with a decent view for a better stay.

Nice spot near the ferries, but reception's checking in needs work—got stuck waiting too long. The room was comfy, though, so that was sweet as!

Inconsistent housekeeping services could use attention!!! High parking fees are a real burden, especially during peak times!!! Issues with air conditioning leave much to be desired!!! Limited breakfast options weren't communicated well!!!

the walls are paper thin, so i felt every step from neighbors like it was a tap dance party, how charming. the very little hot water was just icing on the cake. and despite my grand expectations of an upgrade for my troubles, i was offered nothing. i almost left a good review, but here we are.

Take advantage of the outdoor fire pits for an evening gathering. it's a relaxing way to enjoy the harbor ambiance after a day of exploring.

Enjoyed the relaxing fire pits for nightcap chats. the pool was a nice bonus too. The location was perfect for ferry access.

We enjoyed the fantastic outdoor areas and the refreshing pool, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Hyannis. The newly renovated room was spacious,clean, and equipped with a microwave and fridge, making it easy to manage snacks and drinks for the kids.

For dads, it would be great if there were more family-friendly dining options nearby.

the housekeeping was excellent. staff at reception were extremely friendly and accommodating, even during busy check-in. the outdoor pool was fantastic, and we enjoyed relaxing by the sun terrace with beautiful views of the harbor.

breakfast selection could be better. restaurant and bar were unexpectedly closed.

The staff were very helpful and courteous. the refreshed outdoor spaces felt warm and inviting with lovely fire pits for evening gatherings. Great location right across from the harbor, nearby treasures like the JFK Museum.

The atmosphere quieted down too early. it felt lacking when trying to enjoy a drink after 9 pm, and the bathroom could use a bit more attention.

the bathroom was tiny and had a little bit of a smell. but the location was great and staff were really friendly. our queen room had a nice balcony and the living space was clean and newly renovated.

This was an ideal choice for a short break in Hyannis with outstanding value for money. The staff were super friendly and helped us out with local dining recommendations.
