The spacious suite with a kitchen was ideal for my three-week stay, allowing for both comfort and convenience. Staff were welcoming, particularly Briana and Aracelys, who provided excellent service. However, the electronic curtains in my room were never fixed despite requests, and some maintenance issues could be addressed. Great for longer stays or those visiting the nearby USTA National Campus.

The spacious king studio had a full kitchen with a mini cooktop, full-sized fridge, and coffee maker, perfect for whipping up a meal. Also, the breakfast spread was decent, featuring hot scrambled eggs, sausage, and a variety of cold options served on real plates, which gave it a nice touch.

I also ran into issues with the electronic curtains that never got fixed despite a request. The layout of the room felt off, making it tricky to navigate, and the arrow-straight shower design caused a soggy mess on the floor. Parking arrangements weren't clear, and the lack of local activities meant you had to drive for just about anything worthwhile.

I was at this place for a conference and they had a shuttle that took me to the hospital where the event was happening, saved me from renting a car altogether. I felt at home with a full kitchen and a living room. it was so comfortable that I actually forgot I was on business.
