The room had a great bed and a comfy pull-out sofa for the kids. Plenty of towels provided. Had a delicious breakfast with cereal, waffles, and fresh fruit. Check-out at noon was convenient, allowing for a post-breakfast nap. Quiet location.

My family and I stayed at Residence Inn for 3 nights and it was fantastic. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. My kids couldn't get enough of the pull-out sofa and actually stayed in it all night instead of ending up on the floor like they usually do. The room was well-equipped, and we were pleasantly surprised to find plenty of towels for all of us. The breakfast spread was simply amazing - they had a variety of options like cereal, waffles, and fresh cut fruit. I definitely indulged and gained a few pounds just from breakfast alone. Plus, the fact that check-out was at noon allowed me to take a nap after my delicious meal. The hotel's location was also perfect, tucked away in a quiet area.

We recently stayed at the Residence Inn in the SW Valley of the Sun and had a great experience. The spacious penthouse suite was perfect for our 8-day work/vacation trip. Despite being an older property, it was well-maintained and clean. The staff, especially Cesar and Jason, were friendly and courteous throughout our entire stay. The location was convenient, with lots of shopping and fine dining options nearby. it offered exceptional value, especially during the summer months.

The only downside was the dodgy wireless internet access, which was slow for most of our stay. However, the staff tried their best to resolve the bandwidth issues and eventually, after a few phone calls, the issue was resolved.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a work/vacation trip and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The spaciousness of the rooms was incredible, offering a greatroom layout with a comfortable bed, kitchenette, and sitting area all in one large room. It was like having a small apartment during my stay. The free high-speed internet and work desk in the room made it easy for me to stay connected and get my work done. The hotel's location was also ideal for my planned visits to Phoenix.

There was one small issue with the room I stayed in that could be improved. The location of the room next to the pool pump equipment caused some noise disturbances during the night.

Our family of four stayed here for one week during the holiday season. the hotel is conveniently located near popular shopping centers and restaurants, making it easy for us to find last, minute gifts and enjoy delicious meals. the staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting us with a smile and going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the highlight of our stay was the breakfast offered every morning , a wide variety of delicious options that catered to everyone's tastes. It was a great way to start the day before heading out to explore the city.

This hotel in Phoenix offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with a "L" shaped couch and a full kitchen in good condition. The location is ideal, right on a nice golf course and near several restaurants and a shopping mall. The staff is friendly and the complimentary breakfast is a nice touch.
