During our stay at Residence Inn Portland Downtown/Riverplace, we were pleasantly surprised by the complete and varied breakfast options. The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to cater to our needs. We also appreciated the inclusion of newspapers with breakfast. The public transit was conveniently located nearby, making it easy to explore the area. The spacious rooms with a nice kitchen were definitely a highlight.

Its location along the waterfront provides a peaceful setting while still being within walking distance of downtown Portland. The area is under active development and features a lovely walking path along the river, away from the bustling streets. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, exceeding our needs. The presence of a kitchen and fridge allowed us to enjoy our own breakfast, adding to the convenience. Despite being next to the I5 bridge, the hotel was surprisingly quiet.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The location, although a little off the beaten path, was perfect for us as it offered a beautiful view of the river and was just a short walk away from downtown. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a full-size refrigerator and cooktop, making it convenient for us to have meals in. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were sufficient. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious and healthy options that made it the best hotel breakfast I have ever had.

The location was ideal, with easy access to the streetcar and close proximity to the bridges, providing beautiful views of the river.
