The staff provided excellent hospitality and service.

During my stay, I faced several disappointments. The air conditioning in my room wouldn't shut off, which made it uncomfortable, and housekeeping didn't come to provide clean towels or soap. Additionally, I was surprised to find out about the parking fees, which I wasn't informed of beforehand, especially in a neighborhood that felt unsafe after dark.

I had a great time here exploring the nearby Waterplace Park and taking leisurely strolls to the Providence Athenaeum, both of which are just over a kilometer away and provide beautiful views and historic charm for weekend adventurers like myself.

For unique local dining options, check with the front desk for recommendations that are off the typical tourist path. they have great suggestions.

What a gem! I enjoyed my spacious suite, complete with a full kitchen that made late-night snacking effortless. The breakfasts were delightful, with multiple options that left my taste buds satisfied. The location was amazing, just a quick stroll to the Convention Center, making travel so convenient!

Friends, we had a killer time here! The front desk staff really knew how to make us feel welcome, and even helped figure out the best room for our wild bunch. We had a suite with a FULL kitchen,, which was perfect for preparing late-night snacks after our adventures on the town.

my recent stay at residence inn was excellent, far beyond my previous experiences in providence. the full-size kitchen and refrigerator made meal prep easy, and i loved being within walking distance of brown university and little italy. everything felt clean and accommodating, which really resonated with me during my quick stop.
