For the price, we got great value with a spacious room, comfortable beds, and a convenient location near the metro and National Mall. The staff were amazing and always ready to help.

During my recent stay at Residence Inn, I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The separate bedroom in our 1 bedroom suite provided the perfect amount of space for my family, giving us some privacy. We were lucky to have a large corner room with a stunning view of the lit-up capital building. The room amenities, such as the full-size fridge, microwave, and dishes, were very convenient, especially when traveling with kids. The pull-out couch in the living area was surprisingly comfortable for my teenager. The bathroom layout, with the sink area outside the toilet, worked well for our family of four. One thing I would suggest is to have a mirror in the living area near the kitchen sink, as it would make getting ready in the mornings easier. The king bed in the bedroom was cozy and provided a much-needed rest after walking 8-10 miles a day exploring the city. Despite some previous reviews, we found the location to be excellent. The Metro was only one block away, and we could walk to several museums, such as the Native American, botanical gardens, and air and space, in just 10 minutes. For dinner, we usually took an Uber back to the hotel after venturing out far from the area. The breakfast offered a standard Residence Inn spread with eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fruit, pastries, and cereal. They surprised us with strawberry smoothies on Tuesday morning and invited us to join their Tuesday night social gathering with hamburgers, chips, salad, beer, and wine. the hotel was clean, quiet, and perfect for a family vacation.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are reasonable considering the prime location, just a short walk from the Air & Space Museum on the Mall. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a functional kitchen that includes a dishwasher. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The basic amenities are all there, including balconies in some rooms and comfortable queen beds. Additionally, the breakfast included in our stay was a nice touch, allowing us to start our days off right without having to worry about finding a place to eat.

The hotel was fantastic value for money, with affordable prices and lots of little attention to detail that made our stay really enjoyable. The location was perfect for our needs, as we were visiting the Air & Space Museum on the Mall and were pleased to be in a business district. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, and basic amenities were more than adequate. We had a great room with 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa, and the balcony was a real highlight. The full sized fridge and breakfast included were also fantastic perks that we really appreciated.

Our location was perfect for museum-lovers. You could get to numerous museums within 10 minutes. We especially enjoyed being very close to the Museum of the Bible. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the metro center made getting around a breeze. The easy walk to the National Mall & Capitol was another plus.

The pool area was quite small and lacked chairs, so it was difficult to find a place to sit.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn and had a great experience. The location was perfect for exploring the Capitol Building and the National Mall. The hotel was just a short walk away from both. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed that provided a dreamy night's sleep. The continental breakfast was delicious, especially the mini Belgian waffles that I got to make myself. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, and they even allowed us to stay in our room a little longer on our last day when my husband wasn't feeling well. I highly recommend this hotel for a mini-vacation to DC.

They even gave us a few good laughs. the hotel's location was also a big plus, as it was in close proximity to local events and attractions.
