We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right next to the arena and just across the street from the convention center. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they even walked us to the elevator when we checked in. The room was nice and the bed was very comfy. We also loved the variety of drink and food options available at the hotel. this hotel was convenient, clean, and had great facilities.

The hotel's location was perfect for us, as it was within a mile radius of the downtown area and conveniently connected to the convention center through enclosed walkways. This made it extremely convenient for us to attend our meetings, especially during the rainy and windy weekend. the hotel facilities, cleanliness, parking, and staff were top-notch.

We loved this place! It's conveniently located close to everything and even has an enclosed walkway to the convention center next door. The staff was exceptional in ensuring everything comes together in an advantageous manner. We really appreciated the room amenities like the tea and coffee facilities as well as the terrace for some fresh air. Plus, the fitness center, swimming pool, and jacuzzi were fantastic!

All was perfect during my stay.

Had a nice Christmas stay in Richmond. the hotel offered clean rooms and comfortable beds, perfect for a good night's sleep. the location was great, with a key location near the Richmond Coliseum, making it convenient for attending concerts and avoiding traffic. Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, who were willing to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay.

There were a few drawbacks during my stay. the hotel appeared dated, with older furnishings and smaller bathrooms.

The shuttle bus provided by the Marriott made our stay exceptional. We were able to easily explore the downtown area and visit various restaurants thanks to their convenient service. The housekeeping staff ensured that our suite was always clean and even left a personal note, which added a special touch. The concierge staff was friendly and went out of their way to provide personalized service. Special shoutout to the drivers, George and Gabriel, who were extremely knowledgeable about the best local restaurants.
