I found this place while looking for a break during a long drive. The location offered a comfortable stop with clean rooms and friendly staff. I enjoyed the indoor pool after a day of travel. It had everything I needed for a restful night. The breakfast featured various options, which was a nice start to my day. I appreciated the assistance from the front desk when I needed local food recommendations.

I was absolutely thrilled to enjoy my time here, but then I found a bra behind the couch and saw broken things everywhere. Not only that, but the breakfast ran out way too early. No one even bothered to reinstate the pool schedule. A room upgrade woudl ve been nice after all that. I just couldn't leave a good review.

Great staff and clean rooms. No pets allowed, which is good. Parking fee is annoying.

during my stay in wheeling, springhill suites exceeded my expectations. the large and clean room felt more like an efficiency apartment. josh at check-in was super helpful and made sure all our requests were taken care of.

The brekkie spread was lekker, real hot food instead of just muffins, and the staff were so friendly and helped us out. The pool area was cozy for a quick swim, and we had a lovely time chilling out.

Just a heads-up, the room cleaning policy was a bit confusing. we only found out after a couple of days that they only service rooms for longer stays.

The new $7 parking fee feels unjustified, especially for an open lot!!! Needs better maintenance to address slow elevator service, inconsistent temperature control, and an overall outdated hotel condition!!! Such a letdown, really!!!

Room was heaps spacious, but the breakfast selections were a bit limited. Chur to the staff for their friendly service, though! Wouldn't mind staying again.

the queen suite at springhill suites was spacious and cozy. josh at the front desk was super helpful, quickly addressing our requests. the hotel is conveniently located near shopping, and the breakfast offerings were pretty good.

The suite was super unique and made great use of space. I had the best scrambled eggs I've ever tasted at breakfast! I also loved the indoor pool and hot tub for a quick unwind after the day. Just a heads-up, parking does have a daily fee, so plan ahead! 😊
