comfy beds and great staff

The service here was super friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! Loved the cozy bar for dinner too. My blackened trout was on point. The location was solid, but the room we got was kinda small and outdated. Plus, parking prices seemed a bit high for what we got.

I recently stayed at The Whitley for a weekend getaway. The beds and decor were top-notch, and the staff downstairs were incredibly friendly. The bathroom was sparkling clean, and the Byredo shampoo and bodywash smelled amazing. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and they even had a special Santa Tea with a fun activity for kids. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. The exterior and lobby were immaculate, giving a sense of luxury. The city view outside our window was also fantastic.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, going above and beyond to make my anniversary special. They even upgraded me to an upper room and surprised me with Champagne, strawberries, and a personal note. The design work in this hotel is top-notch, with beautiful renovations throughout. The dining experience was also excellent, with friendly staff and delicious meals for both dinner and breakfast. The hotel itself is stunning, with spacious rooms, a pool, sauna, gym. Plus, it's in the perfect location in the Buckhead area, close to the Target store and within walking distance to the Buckhead station. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable.

Had a fantastic New Year's stay in Midtown! the Executive Lounge was top-notch, with delicious food and a peaceful atmosphere. the room had an amazing view and was spacious. Loved the convenience of being across the street from Lenox Mall, perfect for a shopping trip. Valet service was quick and accommodating. the breakfast buffet kept us full all day. And even after checking out, the valet let us keep our car parked until we finished shopping. 5 stars all around!

The only downside was that there were no coffee pots in the room. Coffee was only available in the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient.

The room at the Whitley was fantastic! It was spacious, comfortable, and had stunning city views through large windows. the Luxury Collection experience really stood out. the hotel had convenient onsite parking, although it's not included.

Nothing that I didn't like. 😊

The view from the room was stunning, overlooking downtown and Buckhead. Key card required for elevator access enhanced safety. Friendly and professional staff made the stay enjoyable.

The staff were friendly, the lobby was attractive, and the room was spacious. We received vouchers as compensation for a bathroom lock issue. The bar service was excellent, and the front desk promptly addressed noise complaints. a welcoming and comfortable experience.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, as it was within walking distance to everything we needed. Being in front of Lenox mall and near two shopping malls made our stay even more enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel and the comfortable and nicely decorated room were impressive. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. Additionally, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the parking was convenient.

As a satisfied guest, I recently stayed at The Whitley in Buckhead for a weekend getaway. The hotel suite with lounge access was exceptional, providing a luxurious and enjoyable experience. The attentive service and professionalism of the entire hotel staff, including the bartender and cleaning crew, were truly commendable. It's impressive how well they all perform their duties, creating a fantastic atmosphere for guests.

The Whitley was perfect for our anniversary getaway. The staff treated us great and even surprised us with champagne and strawberries. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The hotel's renovations and design work were impressive. Buckhead is a great area to explore, and the spa is a must-visit.

There were a couple of aspects that didn't meet our expectations. the spa facilities were quite small and couldn't accommodate all of us at once.

Great shower, comfortable rooms, amazing view, delicious breakfast. Friendly and welcoming staff, excellent service at the bar. Prompt response to noise complaint. Clean rooms, appropriate staff to address needs. Accommodating check-in experience. Above and beyond hospitality, highly recommended.
