The staff at the hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive, from the doorman to the housekeeping staff. They made us feel welcome and took care of every detail with a smile. The hotel's location was also great, situated in a peaceful and tranquil area. Additionally, the quality and price of the hotel were very reasonable, making it a good value for the money.

The only downside was that the view from the hotel room was not very impressive. However, this minor issue did not detract from the overall positive experience at the hotel.

Amazing Club Lounge and great service. I recently had a romantic escape at a top-level hotel and I was impressed by the Club Lounge. The food choices and service were great, and we even decided to skip dinner and enjoy the lounge. We forgot how nice it was to stay at a club level, but this hotel reminded us. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, always with a smile on their faces. Additionally, the location was perfect - easy to access and in the heart of the city. Lastly, the snake bar was impressive with its efficient and smiling staff who knew our favorites without us even mentioning them. Despite the amazing club lounge, the hotel was not without its flaws. The décor and furnishings in the room were a bit outdated and could use some updating. Also, the air conditioning didn't work as well as expected. The lack of proper luxury service was also noticeable. Staff members seemed to follow standard operating procedures rigidly, and there was a lack of personalized attention. this hotel had some great features, but some growth opportunities as well.
