Amazing Club Lounge and great service. I recently had a romantic escape at a top-level hotel and I was impressed by the Club Lounge. The food choices and service were great, and we even decided to skip dinner and enjoy the lounge. We forgot how nice it was to stay at a club level, but this hotel reminded us. The staff was extremely courteous and friendly, always with a smile on their faces. the location was perfect - easy to access and in the heart of the city. Lastly, the snake bar was impressive with its efficient and smiling staff who knew our favorites without us even mentioning them.
