I recently stayed at the Cambria Hotel in Chelsea for a week-long vacation. The location couldn't be more convenient, with Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building just a short walk away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the reception desk. The rooms were always clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's proximity to two subway lines made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend trying the ramen restaurant right across the street!

I was impressed with the convenient location of the hotel, just a stone's throw away from multiple subway stops. The staff truly went above and beyond, making our late-night arrival after a delayed flight a breeze. They even recommended a nearby spot for delicious New York pizza! Every morning, we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful answers to our questions. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value and charming character.

Great location for exploring the city, with a Metro station and train to JFK nearby. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Free water at reception. Street-facing rooms can be a bit noisy, but earplugs are provided.

The rooms, although small, were beautifully designed with nice flooring and clever use of space. The shower was great, despite the tiny bathroom. Great location, within walking distance to many attractions, and close to subway station. Comfortable and quiet room with friendly and attentive staff. the hotel offered a $10 credit to use at the bar or snack counter, which was a nice perk.

The hallways were small and the elevators were often crowded with hotel workers, making it difficult to navigate. Sometimes had to wait for the other slow elevator due to luggage and garbage in the way.

Value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail in the rooms. The hotel is located in a good area with lots of restaurants, very near the subway, and among beautiful florist shops. The rooms are equipped with double queen beds, a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge, offering a small view of the NYC surroundings. Breakfast is included in the rate, with sweets and so much offering.

At my first stay, the staff gave the best local taxi tip. This place suits me perfectly, with Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, bar, and fitness studio. I keep coming back for city breaks.

Awesome spot close to subway stations and major NYC attractions like Times Square and the Empire State Building. The rooftop bar had stunning views of the skyline, and the staff were super helpful, especially Brian! cleanin' was a bit of a bummer since it only happened every three days, which felt kinda inconvenient.
