Great location and friendly staff

Awesome spot close to subway stations and major NYC attractions like Times Square and the Empire State Building. The rooftop bar had stunning views of the skyline, and the staff were super helpful, especially Brian! cleanin' was a bit of a bummer since it only happened every three days, which felt kinda inconvenient.

Staying at Cambria Hotel New York-Chelsea was convenient for transit during my travel. The hotel's location, close to Penn Station and numerous subway lines, made it easy for me to explore New York and make my way to LaGuardia International Airport. the hotel offers self-parking onsite, providing an added layer of convenience for travelers with their own vehicles.

While the overall experience was satisfying, I noticed some minor wear and tear in the room, such as gaps in the floorboards and a slightly spongy area outside the bathroom. However, considering the hotel's high traffic and the bustling nature of New York City, these minor issues were not a deal breaker for me and would not deter me from staying at Cambria again.

Attending a summit, I found the hotel's location in Chelsea's Flower District to be perfect for both business and leisure. The business center, equipped with large flat-screen TVs and corner PCs, provided a convenient space for work after a long day of meetings. The area felt safe and was within walking distance of transportation options.

The one service I missed for my work was a dedicated printer in the business center to easily and quickly print out important documents.

I recently stayed at the Cambria Hotel in Chelsea for a week-long vacation. The location couldn't be more convenient, with Madison Square Garden and the Empire State Building just a short walk away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the reception desk. The rooms were always clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel's proximity to two subway lines made it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend trying the ramen restaurant right across the street!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this fantastic hotel. The location was superb - it was centrally located in a vibrant area, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The subway was conveniently located at the end of the block, making it easy to explore the city. The staff here were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From the moment I checked in, the receptionist Tyler was welcoming and helpful, and the porter was quick to assist with my luggage. The service throughout my stay was top-notch, from the restaurant staff to the housekeepers who went above and beyond to fulfill my requests. The room itself was spacious and clean. It had all the amenities I needed, including a mini fridge and microwave, which were a great bonus. I was thoroughly impressed with the comfort and quality of this hotel.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in the city.

This hotel is in a great location in the center of Manhattan, with easy access to the subway and many beautiful florist shops located nearby. The staff is attentive and the rooms have all the basic amenities, including comfortable beds and a nice hot shower to freshen up. The breakfast offering is plentiful and included in the rate.

Every morning, we were greeted with warm smiles and helpful answers to our questions. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value and charming character.

The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location was perfect - right near the 28 Street train station and conveniently close to some excellent restaurants. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Alexandria at the reception. I also loved the outdoor seating area next to the receptionist area - a great spot to relax. this hotel had everything I needed and was in a prime location.

Great location, within walking distance to many attractions, and close to subway station. Comfortable and quiet room with friendly and attentive staff. the hotel offered a $10 credit to use at the bar or snack counter, which was a nice perk.

The hallways were small and the elevators were often crowded with hotel workers, making it difficult to navigate. Sometimes had to wait for the other slow elevator due to luggage and garbage in the way.
