We had an amazing stay at the Jw Marriott! The hotel was sleek, elegant, and the rooms were extremely clean. The staff was always helpful and ready to assist with any requests. The illy espresso machines in the rooms, complete with courtesy capsules every morning, added a touch of class. The fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel ensured that we were always connected. The Concierge Lounge, with its exceptional view of the Bay, provided a personal and enjoyable experience for breakfast or a late evening drink.

Enjoyed the bathroom TV and partial ocean view from my room. Valet parking, bed comfort, and fitness center were also highlights. Staff was hospitable and responsive to requests. Food at on-site restaurants was excellent. Well-maintained swimming pool and exercise facilities.

We were impressed with the room amenities like Illy coffee makers, soundproofing and full tub. The separate shower was great and we had amazing canal views. we had a great stay.

This place is simply luxurious! The room I stayed in was bright, spacious, and came with exclusive amenities to make my stay more comfortable. The high ceiling and huge bathroom impressed me, the cozy bed completed the enjoyable experience. The view from the room was amazing! I requested a mani-pedi session and the on-site beauty treatment spa was perfect! The professional staff were always on-hand to cater to my every need.

The only downside here is that the bar area was not very inviting, with the small screens and poor seating arrangements. It didn't provide the comfortable atmosphere I was looking for.

Everything was fantastic.

Such a lovely room! The corner suite was just what we needed after a long flight. The Jacuzzi tub was a great touch. The location was perfect, with great views and a fabulous pool. We loved the complementary drinks in the concierge lounge and the restaurant had fantastic food. The salads were fantastic: roasted beet salad with goat cheese and a Cobb salad. The service at the restaurant was also superb, with special thanks to Alexandro who made sure we had a great time.

The noise. We encountered a screaming baby in the concierge lounge, and later noisy cleaning in the restaurant.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with amazing views of the main stage of Ultra Weekend from my clean and well-equipped room. I even had the chance to meet the tennis star Nadal in the lobby and snap a photo together. The staff noticed that my girlfriend and I were a couple and gave us a free upgrade to a beautiful Bay view concierge room. We loved the layout and the virtual bowling was a cool addition. The hotel amenities, including the concierge breakfast, were top-notch.

The layout and location of this hotel are fantastic. The rooms are well-appointed and the beds are comfortable. The hotel has a large workout facility for guests to use. The service at the front desk is efficient and the staff are doing a great job.

The hotel had comfortable beds, delicious snack bar, nice staff, and a short walk to the bayside marketplace. The suite upgrade was a great gesture. Great view, big and clean room. Complimentary bowling and quality breakfasts were a nice touch.

Mijn verblijf in dit hotel was geweldig! De locatie is perfect, dicht bij het stadscentrum en gemakkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Daarnaast was de receptie erg behulpzaam. Toen onze chauffeur te laat was, hielp de receptioniste ons bij het regelen van contact met het tourbedrijf. Het personeel was vriendelijk en de kamers waren schoon en netjes. Al met al een topervaring!

We were even upgraded to a suite with a king bed by the incredible manager, who displayed outstanding customer service. The sheer luxury and amenities of this hotel far exceeded our expectations, making our stay an absolute delight.
