The location of this hotel was excellent, right in the city center and opposite the City Hall.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Most of the staff, especially Sebastian and the reception staff in the morning, were very helpful and friendly. The check-in process was quick and on time. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful lobby and a hidden and quiet room entertainment unit. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the location was great, with an excellent view from the 25th floor of the city. The free champagne, coffee, and pastries near the reception area were a nice touch.

Moreover, the location is perfect near to sought-after places for entertainment and shopping, making it easy to explore.

Only one minor thing to say: the charge for parking is steep, and it would be an improvement if some courtesy or discount for guests was offered. However, the service level is impeccable, making our stay outstanding and fulfilling all our luxurious needs.
