The furniture was old and the beds were noisy. The stove hood was not working and there were frequent tufts of cat hair on the floor.

The cabin was comfortable and had a well-equipped kitchen. The views of the river and mountains every morning were breathtaking. The mattress in the cabin was hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the outside of the property was overgrown and could use some attention.

I had a wonderful stay at River Falls Lodging in the Black Hills, South Dakota. The cabin was spacious and comfortable, perfect for my family of four. The kitchen was well-stocked and the rooms were a good size. But the highlight was definitely the beautiful creek in the backyard! We spent hours relaxing by the water and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. Despite the small inconvenience of weak water pressure in the shower, our overall experience was fantastic. We will definitely be returning when we visit South Dakota again. I highly recommend River Falls Lodging for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

For us it was ideal.

The price was good, and we were even given an upgrade for the same price. the setting was truly beautiful, with a view from the back of the lodge that was breathtaking. the location was perfect, as it was close to the Wind Caves and Mammoth site. We also enjoyed having a nice kitchen to use during our stay.

One downside was that the sun room did not have blinds, making it difficult to darken for sleep. Additionally, the second bedroom had a skylight, which made the room very bright when the sun rose.
