This place suits me perfectly! With great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and laundry services, it provides everything I need. I fondly remember how the staff offered me a hot drink when I was cold during my first stay. I’m coming back for Christmas!

Amazing view of the cathedral, great location near museums, decent access to Wi-Fi

Bathroom design is cramped and the faucet clogs, hallways are unkempt and noisy, elevator access is frustrating and slow!!! Need better shower head adjustment and better sound insulation in corridors!!!

I was back packing thru Mexico and stumbled upon this gem. Met some locals at the square, they were friendly, sharing stories and tips over good tacos, made me feel at home. It felt like I was in a bustling market!

It wasn't exactly cheap, but considering how nice it was, I’d say it was still reasonable.

We enjoyed exploring the vibrant tianguis on Saturday filled with local food and culture. The room was spacious, with a stunning view of the cathedral, making our stay truly memorable, especially for my son who loved watching the lively plaza below.

In my wife’s opinion, the towels were rough and there wasn’t enough space for our family’s belongings. More storage would help families have a more comfortable stay.

An incredible advantage of this hotel is its prime location, allowing for easy exploration of the city and a stunning view of the cathedral from the balcony. While the beds were somewhat firm, they were reasonably comfortable, and the cleaning staff maintained high standards. Unfortunately, the noise from the street and the ringing of cathedral bells interrupted sleep, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable on the upper floors. Breakfast was generous but repetitive, with options like world-famous seasoned fries adding a nice touch. Overall, the experience was marred by service inconsistencies but highlighted by the beautiful surroundings.

amazing location right next to the cathedral. easy access to explore downtown Guadalajara and surrounding museums. plus, breakfast was included. really enjoyed the fresh fruit and coffee! staff were friendly and kept everything tidy.

this hotel is super nice! the location is right near the cathedral and everythin you wanna see in guadalajara. breakfast was delish, loved the chilaquiles and the view from my room was amazin! staff was really helpful, they gave me tips on where to eat and visit. totally affordable for what you get!

the rooms are a bit small, and the noise from the street was kinda annoying at times. also, the elevators were slow.
