We got great value for our money with a comfortable condo, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful balcony overlooking the serene river. The location was perfect for visiting Dollywood and Splash Country, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Amazing view from the living room and balcony. Room matches the pictures. Cozy and beautiful with plenty of space for 4 adults and 1 child. Convenient location near The Island in Pigeon Forge. Exceptionally clean and well-decorated. We will come back for a longer stay.

Spacious condo with ample room for a family of 5. Both bedrooms have their own full bathroom. No carpet floors. Pull-out couch provides extra bed for kids. Great location just off the main road. Balcony with relaxing view of a small river and visiting ducks. Well-equipped with TV’s, Jacuzzi bath, dishwasher, stove, microwave. Easy check-in process with door code instead of room keys.

The condo was spacious and had a great view from the balcony overlooking the river. Though the balcony chairs could be more comfortable, it was still a nice place to sit and relax. The location was perfect - close enough to the main area but still quiet. The apartment had a cozy and homey feel to it, and the TVs in all rooms were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

Clean, spacious condo with separate bathrooms for both bedrooms. No carpet floors and a comfortable pull-out couch for kids. Great location near attractions, with a relaxing balcony facing a small river. Enjoyed the TV's in all rooms and the jacuzzi bath. Easy check-in process with a door code instead of room keys. Looking forward to returning!

We loved the location of the condo, it was off the beaten path but still close to everything. No traffic and a great view of the river from the balcony. Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Enjoyed watching ducks and geese from the balcony.

Felt so comfortable, no complaints.
