The value for the money was excellent, and the room itself was comfortable and private. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything in Gatlinburg, with no need to drive. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We loved the fantastic location of this motel, which was within walking distance to all the activities in town. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The highlight was the beautiful view of the stream and mountains from our patio, where we enjoyed breakfast and watched the ducks, geese, and fish. The first staff member was friendly, and we had a choice between two rooms. We chose a first-floor king room with a small patio. The room had a jacuzzi tub and a nice bathroom with great water pressure in the shower. The place looked fancy on the outside and in the lobby. it was clean, basic, and had everything we needed. The restaurant was convenient, and we enjoyed its proximity to attractions. We had a great stay!

I keep coming back for the amazing service and amenities. The staff once helped with an insect bite. The place suits me perfectly; it has Wi-Fi, a heated pool, and a restaurant. I'm returning for another city trip.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just a few steps away from the main strip and with a beautiful view of the stream and mountains from the balcony. the staff was also friendly and helpful, providing carts for luggage and offering assistance with any needs.

There were several disappointing aspects of my stay. the room itself was not as expected, with poorly functioning amenities.

Very spacious rooms and nice views from the balcony. The Wi-Fi was terrible; couldn't connect most of the time. Staff was friendly and accommodating. not worth the price, some areas need serious updates.
