On a historical tour, we enjoyed a peaceful two-night stay. the room was spacious, clean, and had a luxurious bathroom. the attentive staff quickly resolved an issue, providing us a surprise room upgrade. the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions, and the hotel provided convenient parking. the breakfast selection was delightful, and the on-site dining options were varied and enjoyable.

Toilet had issues. Disappointing that the restaurant was closed on Monday, missing out on local festivities such as Halloween celebrations.

Autograph Collection’s cozy, convenient Lodge boasts modern updates and close proximity to local attractions for an excellent family vacation. The on-demand shuttle and responsive front desk couldn't have been more helpful when our room was not as requested. I highly recommend this hotel.

We recently stayed at a hotel for New Year's Eve. Our room was clean and we enjoyed the complimentary parking and breakfast. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation.

There were a few things that we didn't like. the room was a bit cramped and there wasn't enough counter space in the bathroom.

Located within walking distance to the historic area, this hotel is perfect for exploring all that the area has to offer. We enjoyed taking a short stroll to the restaurants in the restored area, even to one that didn't take reservations. The hotel's amenities and first-class service made our stay even better.

The restaurant service left something to be desired and could benefit from some improvement.

Convenient location for visiting Colonial Williamsburg, with everything in walking distance. Good facilities for families, especially the pools. Staff were friendly and helpful, including doormen/valets. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with charming decorations. a great choice for a multigenerational family trip.

As vegetarians and vegans, we loved the variety of options available at the hotel's restaurant. The staff was attentive and knowledgeable about our dietary preferences.

This hotel offers a luxurious stay with exclusive amenities, including a Spa & wellness center and indoor swimming pool. the service is impeccable, and the staff is always eager to assist with any needs. the restaurant and bar/lounge area serve delicious food and drinks. the location is perfect, with easy access to attractions.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the treatment room at the Spa & wellness center. While the massage and body scrub were top-notch, the room's temperature was a little too cold, making the experience less enjoyable.
